Migatek LLC - Conflict Minerals Policy Statement
To Whom It May Concern:
Migatek LLC is aware of the Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, also known as
the Dodd-Frank Act,.Section 1502 concerning Conflict Minerals. Conflict Minerals include
tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold, frequently referred to as 3TG, and their derivatives, which are
mined in the areas of armed conflicts and severe human rights abuses, most notably in the
Democratic Republic of Congo, and/or adjoining areas.
To the best of our knowledge and that of our suppliers, none of our products contain metals
refined from the Conflict Minerals. Migatek LLC expects its suppliers to maintain evidence of
their diligence to make sure that raw materials used in the production of components supplied
to Migatek LLC do not contain and/or are derived from the Conflict Minerals. Such evidence may
include the following:
Migatek LLC is not a SEC reporting company.
Migatek LLC will provide the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) to its customers
upon request.
